Poor customer service. The staff was discourteous to my family. There are many other better options near by.

RecommendedI get treated better here then I do at my own doctor. plus they call you back in a couple of days to see if you feel any better
The Office is very immaculate. The Staff is very friendly and courteous!!! There’s ALWAYS a short wait time when I come here! This is my go to place when our family is feeling run down! I definitely recommend this place!

“Urgent” is not in their vocabulary. If you have time to waste and people watch feel free to go. You can see an office fully staffed, people in blue scrubs everywhere but not sure what they are doing as seeing patients doesn’t seem to be happening. My first visit I waited over 2 hours for an employer urine test and administration for PPD test. I understand that the lobby was packed but in my time they literally called one person back. Fast and friendly staff.. best walk in clinic in the area
My first experience at an urgent care and I was hesitant but ended up being very satisfied! The check in lady was so nice, I wish I got her name. The PA was very good, I was very pleased by this experience and it did not take long and I got the meds I needed.
