this place is a joke my fiance needed to he seen for possible flu we know he has a ear infection we went in and they sent us right back out the door said we needed to quartine him for 24 hours and call him normal doctor in the am didnt even give us the chance to talk

very nice staff got me right in, was very informative took xrays, and explained everything, if i need to go to a doctor when mine isnt available this is where i will go.
Very friendly, and knowledgeable. Very Clean facility. Was able to get seen immediately . The doctors didn't talk down to you and rush like most do. They took their time and explained what was going on or the issue that we went there for. Highly recommend.
We had to take my son into the doctor this morning and this was the only clinic in town open, so we thought we would give it a shot. This was the hands down the best experience we have had at a doctors visit in Norfolk. Even though Lincoln was pretty out of it, they made sure he was comfortable, they were very thorough, listened to all our concerns and questions and sent us home with good information for the future. Very friendly, knowledgeable, no nonsense staff. Clean facility. The doctor had a great sense of humor! Highly recommend.
I was very impressed with this new facility! Great staff and environment. The PA was awesome, I am already feeling much better. I will definitely come back if I get sick again. Way better than the old Urgent Care!!
