The wait was 45-1 hour and compared to other walk in places that was long. The doctor I saw was great and I the time in the exam room was short. I would return if I had to but I'm not too happy with the call backs I have not received. I called and left a message for the dr 2 days ago and the next day I missed a call from the office but the message said they were only calling me to check with everything. I was there last Night with my 17 yr old. Was told he was fine probably viral . Well a hour and a half after leaving I had to call 911 because he collapsed and was convulsing on my bathroom floor.
Beautiful facility. Walked in on the holiday Sat PM & was attended to immediately. Efficient check in, nice staff. Dr. Singh stood out because he listened & took into account I was into natural or alternative medicine. Explained his RX recommendations & offered a coupon to fill it the RX. I would definitely use them again.
Awesome experience, not too long of a wait (I went at 10am). Dr. Was very nice and quick too. The place is really clean and nice, I will definitely be returning if I need an urgent care clinic in the future.
The doctor took his time to listen. The staff was excellent
Everyone is so friendly and Dr. Singh is the best. Very compassionate and attentive to your issues and needs. I always go to him when I'm sick!
