Last two times there has been a joke. First time I went the doctor said I had a bladder infection after I explained how familiar I was with them and that I knew it was not that. Said I needed to eat more yogurt, one day later wound up in the hospital with 3 raptured ovarian cysts. Today’s visit was a joke too, will never go back
Condescending and very rude staff at front desk. Waited for a very long time and made payments. Not a great service. Best to see ER at a Hospital.
This place is terrible, do not go here. They make you wait, they don't ask you your symptoms when u check in, and they take patients out of order of arrival. I had a fever and struggling to stay alert. They did not care
Recommendedmed express has been our walk in of choice for a while - they are fast , clean, courteous and helpful. But today I want to give an extra special shout out to Amanda at Med Express for going out of her way not once but twice to help get my boys summer camp physicals and immunization records in order , even coordinating with their primary pediatrician. With 48 hours to spare before camp lol. Definitely went above and beyond and really appreciate her help !!
Wish I could give ten stars! Was my first visit since my insurance switched, and the process was so smooth. Everyone was so nice and professional. Couldn’t recommend enough!
