There policy is differentially not customer service they were rude i went in for a drug test i sat there for 2 and a half hours before i left they said they only have 1 bathroom that they use for drug test but they stopped testing while i sat there for 1 hour i asked what was going on apparently lunch really since they were tell people they had a 3 hour wait.
My nurse did a quick physical then left. I came in with green eye discharge, severe throat and ear pain. I informed my doctor ( Mrs. Amanda) of this and my skin condition that was reoccurring. She simply felt my sinuses and said that I had the common cold. After seeking another professional opinion very early the next day at another facility I was informed that I had an infection and eye convijitise , along with dry eye from it. I went to the doctor yesterday and was told i had a cold so I took the medicine he gave me and started feeling better but this morning I woke up to a swollen throat and uvula to where I was choking I went back to the Dr and she said strep throat funny thing is that the medicine the other Dr gave me yesterday makes it worse. Yeah 95$ in Copays for literally nothing except to feel worse and have to see a different doctor but same location. We have fabulous insurance and needed a quick visit for Strep and a cold. Paid the co pay, then had to leave a CC on file In case Insurance didn't pay them? Elizabeth behind the desk had the personality of a door knob and was extremely rude. The wait was ridiculous, especially because there was NO ONE there. This place is simply here for money and not patient care. If you need someone to actually care for you but can't see your primary, go to The Sarasota Emergency on Toledo Blade.

I am Canadian and got cellulitis in my knee. Dropped in and for not much money had antibiotics and Dr and staff where great. Highly recommend this place. Within 2 days I was on my way getting better. Thanks Guys
