The refused to take care of me . It was urgent . The least you could have done to stop the bleeding on my finger . They only do “ covid “ With nobody have masks on in there . Absolute disgrace that a nurse refuse a treatment because too Busy stuffing covid money in their pockets ! The girl And the front desk was extremely rude talking to Me while I was bleeding out and didn’t wear a mask but force me to do it !??? World is crazy !
I sat here in the parking lot for over 2 hours yesterday. I have NO fever, mostly a horrible headache for 4 days, stuffy nose, puffiness under my eyes and sore throat. No cough and no fever. The only thing they did for me was test me for covid. When I explained this to them they made feel stupid for even thinking it could be something else. I had to ask to be tested for strep or the flu. So I went today for a Sinus Infrction. When I called to check in I dont get a hello the phone was answered with Are you here to be tested today? I told them NO I need to register I have a sinus infection . She took my information & payment informed me someone will call me back to do the intake. Waited 20 minutes get a call from the nurse. I tell her I have a post nadal drip, Ears POPPING,& runny nose No FEVER,NO SHORTNESS OF BREATH NO LOSS OF SMELL NOR TASTE. I was told to park and wait. they could have at least listened to my symptoms instead of giving me attitude on the phone and assuming I have covid 19. and then prescribing me cough medicine when I dont need it instead of antibiotics for my ear infections
RecommendedI was sent to this location through my work. I was a little hesitant as i had a bad experience in the past at a different location. This location is amazing!!! From the lady who checked me in, the doctor and nurses, EVERYONE was friendly and seemed to care. The doctor was quick and she explained everything to me. I was a little shaky and they told me to stay and relax if i needed, even though they had a waiting room with people. I wasn’t rushed. What a great experience!!
Although I had wonderful care for my daughter, you kept running my credit card I have 6 charges from you. It kept saying approved you said it’s not going thru.....🥺

Super thankful for this place and the amazing staff! I walked in at 7:30 on a Sunday night. The front desk lady calls me up and registers me. They had me in and out super quick and even had the meds I needed in stock! I highly recommend them!! Thank you to the staff.
I want to thank Bridget,Renee,Bianca for taking great care of me and getting me in and out as fast as they could.it's bad enough when you don't feel good and want to be at home,however they made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you ladies and the Dr was great to. You don't feel like just a number.thank you!
