Fantastic experience, and Chris who registered me was efficient, personable, and pleasant. Nena Cowan, INP diagnosed wrist tendonitis, prescribed a small brace and meds for six days. I’m doing great, and will recommend this offic to others.

Can’t get their insurance billing done correctly. I didn’t have the time I had to spend making 5 phone calls and two trips into the Port Charlotte office to finally come up with that they were using my previous years insurance. The office was given the new card when we checked in. Of course repeated attempts at me asking who was responsible for the mistake gets nowhere. They sure do know how to bill that credit card they keep on file. I will be making a formal complaint.
The team was great!!! Renee the intake receptionist was so helpful. I have been here twice and felt I am being care for. They are quick and sufficient. You guys keep up the great work!

Normally I hate walk-in clinics because you end up waiting so long to get called and seen. But this clinic I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. The entire staff was friendly and great with my son. I highly recommend them if you have an urgent need or can’t get into your normal doctor.
