I waited 3 hours here to be told nothing was wrong with me. Then I went to my original doctor (which was even faster than it was here) and got diagnosed with a sever sinus infection. You'd be better off going to a normal doctors office
Went to Med Express while in town for a basketball game. It was good experience. The front desk employee, the Nurse taking my history/vitals and the Doctor were all great. The were all pleasant and thorough.
The people at the front who check you in are awesome!! The nurses were awesome!! Very friendly, but.....the Doctor was very rude!!! Sent me to the emergency room at the Medical Center in Olathe, for basically something he could have sent me to LMH for. Worst bedside manners ever!! Will not go back!!
They "medical professionals" need to go back to school. They don't know the types of medications that exist & tell the patients that they don't know what they're talking about and that the medication does not exist. Highly recommend going anywhere but here because they lack of knowledge on how to treat the illness is obvious. Save yourself the hassle and go to the ER or wait until your primary care physisocan is open.
Horrible place! Did not treat me, sent me to the emergency room and billed my insurance $210!
First time going to Med Express and my experience was wonderful. I needed stitches and had a fracture from an injury to my hand and the PA, Marcie, was fantastic. She was so caring and spent a lot of time explaining everything. Overall, she took excellent care of me and I will definitely go back for any future urgent care needs.
Quick, easy , and convenient medical help. Went there feeling like crap, left feeling the same way, but the next next day I feel better. I bet, I'll feel better tomorrow. It's like magic. 👍🏻
The staff at MedExpress was fantastic, from the receptionist to the doctor that attended me. I would definetly recommend them as long as it wasn't an emergency.
I'm not sure "express" is accurate. I arrived at 9:20 and left at 11:30, but the Dr was amazing and took care of me and both of my littles. All of us with strep.
