RecommendedStaff was knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I was in and out in no time and on a path to recovery.
This place is horrible. The staff are disrespectful and cruel. They openly harm and disrespect patients and violent hippa laws. They don’t take patients seriously and indulge in laughing at the harm they cause to their patients.
Staff is disrespectful and brags about hurting people to each other. Horrid place. Especially violent with words towards kids. Avoid at all costs.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes the wait is long on the weekends, but that is not the employees fault, so be kind to them. The company just needs to hire more staff. Another busy time is right before closing. Avoid that time, if you do not want a wait.
I am spending October in Lawrence with my daughter. Two weeks ago while out and about, I picked up some nasty illness (as so many of us have recently). I finally ended up going to the MedExpress Urgent Care here and was treated for bronchitis and sinusitis. This morning as I sat out on the stoop sipping coffee, I realized I am finally starting to feel better. And I am SO thankful for the care and the EXPERIENCE of seeking healthcare here. acted like they never had a toddler before... brought out a scary clown to distract him....then mom-shamed me on the way out when he was throwing a tantrum.
If you go on a Sunday, plan on being there all day. Incredibly rude and poor bed side manners to boot.
Nice people, knowledgeable and listened well. I received good service from a very kind and caring staff.
