Quick care and knew what I needed to complete my care regiment
Well, I sure don't love being sick having to go here but the staff and doctors are very nice and caring. The doctors I've met take the time to listen to you and work with you to help.
Had a little longer wait then we would of prefered, 2 hours but, they were very busy and we understand that everyone was in the same situation. Got in and my husband saw Dr. Mynes. Professional and nice as always, diagnosed what we had kind of figured. Sinus infection. Staff was all very pleasant and helpful.
I brought my grandson in to have his wrist examined as a result of a basketball injury. This was my first visit to Medexpress, and I was very pleased with the medical staff especially the PAC, Kendra. I have already recommended Medexpress to my soccer Mom's. I was also impressed with the expediency we were seen and treated.
I go for vomiting and specifically ask for zofran and they wanted to prescribe me something else. Then when it's time to pick up the meds it's $400 for it and it was signed to be substituted. Cvs tried to call and med ex refused. They told me it was my choice to take them or not take them. Also lied to cvs saying I had Been on this prescription before when I had not I have been on zofran! It was DR Timothy something
Had to take my son in for a last minute sports physical today. Called ahead and spoke to Lori and she also checked us in when we arrived. By far the nicest and most thorough front desk person I have come across in a long time....nice to see!!
The wait is ridiculous both waiting room and in the back!
