Rude and unprofessional, not all of them but definitely most! They don’t listen to your concerns, they shouldn’t even be working in this field in my opinion!
Unhelpful and incompetent
Had a very unprofessional doctor see my son after he fell and hurt his back. She was very rude, even laughing at me and my son, acting like it was a waste of time to bring him to the doctor for a hurt back stating "you can't break your spine by just falling on your back!" I knew his back wasn't broken, but he was in pain and I wanted to make sure it was okay. I think the doctor could and should have been a little more compassionate and understanding! On a good note, the front desk and nurse were nice!
Employment screenings are not considered priority and there is a wait. Four or five people that came through the door were taken before me. A simple urine/drug test should be in and out, 15 min's top.
Highly recommend always quick yet thorough! Always my 1st choice if our PCP is not an option!
