Went in with flu symptoms and before I could explain my symptoms was interrupted the doctor was very rude told me i have diarrhea and sent me on my way well guess what? I do have the flu and the doctor at medexpress missed it his name is Dr.sandhir worse doctor i have ever met!
If I could give negative stars I would. They $150 out my account and overdrafted my checking without my authorization!!!
I recommend this place I was there Thursday and they were very concerned and took good care of me and this morning I got a phone call from them Med Express on Timberlake Road just checking on me to see how I was doing I thought that was awesome
Waited 2 hours, paid $75, saw a doctor, & didn't even get antibiotics or cough syrup.! Such a scam .. they just want you to have to come back again for a second visit to pay more money.! NOT happy, & guess what, I'm still sick.! Yippie.!
For what it is, it's good. Don't go there if you need a diagnosis of something odd (say, chicken pox, or any type of chronic condition) but if you need to be checked for strep, flu, ear infection, etc. and need a quick prescription for an antibiotic, steroid, etc., then this is a good place to go. Generally speaking the NP is nicer than the doctor they have, but every once in a while I get a nice doctor. My kids get strep a lot so it's nice to go get the test and get them started on the meds so they can go back to school soo... read more

Went there on Sunday, visit was very timely and I was out of there quickly, doctor was very nice, I would go there again for sure
