They should take the word express out and call it med. Well over an hour just to see someone. Thank God I don't need stitches, I would've bled to death.
Nurses were nice. Physician assistant was not the best. She dismisses people and misdiagnosed a broken bone.
worst experience ever. Turning away a very obviously Ill person because I owed a bill from years ago on an old insurance claim that wasn’t paid ( which I had no clue about) . They wanted me to pay 125 to even be examined. This is strictly a business out for money -not doctors who care about treating sick patients in any way shape or form. How these people took the hipppocratic oath is beyond me!!! Disgusting.
They just business establishment for your money !don’t waist your money your health and your time in this place they don’t care about you ! Never in my life ,I’m actually going to report them to my health insurance provider ,
Worst Med express. Have given this place multiple chances and every time they misdiagnose. Ignorant staff as well
People there are rude. Didn't want to explain why I failed my dot meanwhile I went to my doctor before this and got one went to this med express to get my drug test and physical for a job I was offered. Refused to pass me for my dot when I had the letter from my doc saying ok for one year and gave me it. Later that night went to the one in bridgeville and they showed and gave me a form explaining I couldn't pass unless I had a note from my doc which I do have and had when I went there. I brought my adult daughter there to be see,who needs my assistance, the ladies who checked us in and out were fantastic and friendly, the Dr. seemed very caring and she listened, the nurse on the other hand,could not have been more unfriendly, to the point,I almost left and went to the ER....left satisfied...
We waited 40 minutes to just get registered. When I walked up to see what was taking so long they said they couldn't verify my insurance and couldn't get through to anyone. Then said I would have to give them a credit card. So I called my insurance and magically someone answered and was able to verify my insurance! Dragging a sick 7 year old and 18 month old baby to medexpress is already awful. People that can't take the time to their job is down right annoying!
