I have never used a Medexpress before because I have a regular doctor's office that we use. I attempted on Saturday to make an appointment for my daughter but was unsuccessful (holiday weekend). She was really sick and I wanted to avoid ER so I gave it a try. I was very impressed, I was in and out in less time than at the Dr's office with an appointment. I have been to this Med Express before. They are always professional. Staff is friendly and helpful and I felt i got the attention paid to me that I needed. Was not rushed.
Great doctors got meds for my ear infection, feeling better today
I was so sick yesterday I wanted to cry. I was taken care of in a quick friendly manner. Everyone I was in contact in was great and I was as out the door in about an hour. I was thankful to get a feeling of relief when I left there with my script.
Fast n efficient, helped out as much as they could
The wait time was excellent but the staff wasn't. They were talking about the patient openly, they didn't want to be bother with me, there was only a Dr practitioner on duty. You didn't have a choice of a back. Of what she said. Ended up going to er. Severe sinus infection, bronchitis, middle ear infection. The antibiotic that was prescribed by MedExpress I was allergic to. They made me feel like I shouldn't have come there. Never had such bad service from them in my life.
I liked that it was a quick experience. The check in and check ladies were great but the nurse and doctor were both unpleasant. I know everyone has a bad day but in their profession they need to be a little more careful about how they treat a patient. The nurse was snippy and the doctor wave her arms in my daughter's face trying to get her attention. Completely unprofessional...
