Need to improve the communication in billing. We were told by the PA to come back and he would remove my daughters stitches "not a big deal, just come back and see me" Went back, stitches removed under 10 minutes, no paperwork provided. We received a second bill for 170.00. Would have never returned had we been told there would be a second charge. We had the impression it was part of the first visit, as he said he would do it personally.
great service and no wait ... couldn't ask for better care
Don't go if it's 7:00, the doctors only spend 30 seconds in the room with you and then when you open the door everyone else is standing around waiting for you to be done with their coats on. Good thing I had to take my daughter to the hospital the next day since she was so sick.
The staff there are so courteous and really show concern for you
You're better off going to your family doctor or the hospital. Charged me twice in a week. Then told me if it don't clear up. I need to see my doctor. WTF!
3 hours for a tb test and physical worst place ever I will never go to that place again
