Pleasantly surprised that Dr. Fomundam spoke French with me. Nurse Remy was so kind and reassuring. Overall felt I received prompt medical care.
Get rid of crappy doctors e.g. Steven Reevers
The absolute best experience considering my condition.
Excellent service at MEDcare on Dorchester. We were called back within 5 minutes, saw a doctor within 2. 10 minute labs. Called in our prescriptions. And Harris teeter drive thru had the prescriptions ready in 20 minutes. We left the House and was home with a diagnosis and prescriptions within one hour! This momma is happy!
I took my 10 yr old grand daughter there. No temp or bp taken and they asked HER WEIGHT AND HEIGHT from her and wrote that down. How much longer does it take to do that...maybe 5 min! I'm sure insurance was billed for exam. They didn't verify my identity either.
At my visit yesterday the staff were professional and very considerate.
This was my fourth visit and I am never disappointed. Because I went in the middle of the afternoon, there was a short wait. But from the time I was called into triage,I was treated with caring and compassion. When the nurse practitioner came in,she listed to my concerns, asked questions, examined me and then proceeded to direct my treatment. Some tests were done and I was given an immediate treatment.
