Had an appointment, they aren't honoring them. Filled out all my information online before I arrived and they didn't have any record of it. (Three people had the same experience while I was standing there so it wasn't just me). Stood in line for an hour and a half only to be told they wouldn't see me. If you aren't exposed to Covid before you go, you certainly are going to be after. They are forcing 20 people to wait in a small room.
