I usually go here and I have no issues, but today was the experience ever...I have a lot of congestion and been have chest pains and a dry cough...It took forever even though there was not that many ppl there...After I was examined and diagnosed with a Upper Respiratory Infection she gave me a prescriotion that I can get over the counter. Took reasonable amount of time. Professional and pleasant staff. Nice facility overall but exam rooms could be more comfortable for when you're waiting to be seen.
It was a very quick in and out experience. The staff was very helpful and understanding about what was wrong and your needs
BEWARE...... I received services at this location in September 2013. My services were great! However this company is a bunch of CROOKS. I have been trying to receive a refund of 217xx that is OWED to me because my insurance BCBS has paid and so have I. I have contacted them several time and have been told several times that I am due a REFUND. However July 8,2015. I am still asking. I have been more than patient and understanding NOW I'm pissed.
