We came in at 7:30 on this past Sunday. The staff was welcoming even though it was close to quitting time! They were all very friendly and had us in an out in no time! Greatly appreciated the professionalism in the office! I usually go to Dr Care but will now rethink that if an urgent issue come up! Thank you Spring Valley staff for the great service you provided!!
five stars. I have had the need to visit MEDcare Urgent Care three times. Two visits to this facility one to the Garners Ferry clinic. Each time I received excellent care from the entire staff. I felt like they truly cared. they were thorough and professional. I will use this clinic again if the need should arise. five stars from me

Zero stars. Absolutely terrible doctor. I didn’t catch his name, but he was a tall, black man, who barely made eye contact. I injured my back and was in extreme pain. He had zero empathy, zero bedside manner, and zero care in the world. He told me to go to the ER, not let me get an X-ray, or let me say—examine—you. What he was really saying is I’m not going to do my job, honor my oath. I’m going to do as little as possible—nothing—and it get paid for it. Thanks, doc, for nothing.
