My visit was absolutely excellent staff was very knowledgeable and professional Dr. Virginia McClain, MD She was very patient and explained everything regarding my condition. Wait time and checkout was great
I brought my kids in this summer for sports physicals. They were so patience and nice when my son had an accident and had to get stiches I went back the care there was great. Followed up with Hunter he did a great job removing them with ease and was great with my son. Would definately recommend it .
The wait was about 45 minutes to the exam room then we waited about 10 minutes for the Doctor. Not bad. Lot better than going to ER.
In and out in less then an hour. My problem wasn't resolved but that was only because it was out of their jurisdiction and I was advised to go to a specialist or to an ER. However they did their best with assisting me with what they could which was pain management. I'd definitely recommend and return.
Arrived at 8:08, by 8:40 we were still not able to get the doors as the physician had not shown up. Ended up at Doctors Care down the street. So incredibly unprofessional.
I was visiting from out of town when I became ill my mom called to make sure they took my insurance BCBS and they did and told me to come right on in soon as I filled out my paperwork they was calling me to the back very friendly staff I saw Dr. Virginia Mc.Clain she was simply amazing was very thorough and attentive to my needs I highly reccommend her I plan on moving back to Columbia and plan on having her as my Dr if she will have me.
