Moved to nc 6 mo ago just got ins thru job. Was having a really bad day emotionally since couldnt get meds refilled from out of state. The women (sorry 4got name) who makes appts was so supportive and called office to make sure i had a def appt & would def get rx for meds same day. I take care of my ill mom & not having my anxiety or blood pressure meds was playing havoc on my body & head. You helped me bal out again. Thank you all so very much.
Been waiting forever for stuff that could have been said on the phone...... terrible practice
Love this place. If you have an appointment you don't really have to wait long. If you just come in without one then your going to have to wait. They go in order on the list. I never have to wait long here since I always have an appointment and I come earlier than my appointment. They are very friendly and I would recommend anyone to come.
Sick people should be seen first. Was the only one in waiting room with physical pain. I had a double ear infection and Waited over two hours.
I have had appointments out there recently and I was very pleased with the service I got and I would highly recommend them
