Dr Richardson is professional, was respectful of my 14 yr old and her private space when he wasn't examining her. Took time to listen to our concerns. We will keep them as our PCP office. However I would give 5 stars except for the short white female PA is sarcastic, tried to get me to pay for a Rx that she insisted my ins didn't cover even though I know they do. She has a nasty attitude and I didn't appreciate her being mouthy to my 14 yr old. I will not allow their PA to see us at any time. So ask for the Drs hours when sc... read more
Med-First, is a wonderful facility with a caring Medical Staff. The Staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming.
We have been going here for quite a while now. Some staff have changed, but Dr. Richardson has always been there. He is very knowledgeable and he takes his time with you. Just got our flu shot, in and out. Melissa is very nice and gives good shots. Everyone is really nice.
Dr Richardson is on top of things! If hee ever leaves, I want to go with him 🤗🤗🤗 Melissa is a fantastic nurse... always smiling and keeps conversation going. They make you feel like family.
Dr. Richardson is wonderful! He always takes the time to listen and explain everything.
