Would give zero stars if I could. They constantly call my husband’s cell phone and clog his voicemail and fill it within a week (this has been going on for 8 or 9 months)! We have even blocked their number. It’s an automated voicemail. We have never given them our information, and we have no clue where they got it from. After I took a day off of work to meet their consultant for my project, and following about four calls in the past three days to CONFIRM my appointment, they canceled the appointment with three hours' notice because there weren't enough "other appointments in Santa Fe to make it worth their while" to keep their word. Our new heating and air conditioning system was installed last spring. Shortly after we started using the heat in early November it turned itself off. We had a couple of Repairmen from MCS come and troubleshoot the problem. They were both very polite and seemed to solve the problem. Then Jason G came to check things out to make sure we the problem was fixed. I want to say, Jason was amazing.
