RecommendedMichael did a great job again in turning off our heater and starting up our swamp cooler for this year. Laura provided great support in setting up the appointment and keeping us informed. We are a fan of MCS and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Just had a furnace installed in January. Just trying to start it up for the upcoming cold winter and it’s not working. Have been trying to get someone out for 3 days. They want to charge me $129 for a system less than a year old. Installation was ridiculous. No communication within the company. Cannot recommend this company. This unit cost us almost $7000 and this is the service we can expect?
I cannot say enough positive things about our technician, Michael. He was very professional and took his time to explain everything he did to our AC unit. He made every effort to ensure we were satisfied and well updated. MCS is very fortunate to have an employee so dependable and knowledgeable of his work. We will definately ask for Michael for our next services to our heating and cooling. We are very satisfied customers knowing we can count on Michael in the future.
The installation was done very well. However the office staff was not helpful at all, misquoted the price, corrected the price then called and scolded me for not paying the correct amount. Then they mixed up information and after waiting all day for the city inspection they wanted to change the day to tomorrow. (Love the city inspector that came out anyway from across town) I will never do business with them again and I already complained to Home Depot!

The Technician Daniel Estrada was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely explanatory. I really appreciated the fact he took time to explain the problem and show me exactly what was wrong and walk me through the process as he began the process. They are definitely a high quality company with role model employees 👍
