RecommendedThey did a fantastic job installing our new furnace. They arrived early, had enough people to get everything done in a very timely manner and cleaned up afterward. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!! And, to not forget, Bob did a great job with estimating our needs and was personable as well. Thank you Emmanuel, Felipe and Jake!!
They just finished installing my system. They sent plenty of guys, so they could get it done in one day. Installers and supervisor were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great install. They answered all my questions. These guys are all MCS employees, no subcontractors show up to your house.
1. Clean up was about 85%. 2. Installer said MCS would schedule city code inspection for today, 12-14-15, four days after installation. Did not! I missed a medical appointment waiting for inspection for which appointment never made. 3. Have some weird residue underneath one of two installed compressors. Why? Called MCS to come and look and explain/correct. 4. Original salesman has never returned call despite what his voicemail greeting says stating he would.. 5. Scheduled my appointment and they cancelled an hour before citing a "family emergency". Rescheduled and got 2 calls confirming 1 for 11-2 and one for 3-6. Then at 330 a call that they had an emergency and the city took a long time to turn water off so need to reschedule. Promised a set time for the next appt and at 10 min after the time, when I called they said the drive had a blowout and was 1 1/2 hours away!!! Amazing stories. How can anyone have such bad luck.
