RecommendedWe had MCS come to the house to give us a quote on some HVAC. Mr. Mauricio Somaribas was very professional and courteous. He measured everything and sized the units right at our home. He gave us two estimates, one for a mid range system and also a higher range more efficient system. This will allow us to make some financial decisions as to which way we want to go. I was very impressed with his knowledge and understanding.
I had them come out in March and Derrek was wonderful and professional. He gave me different solutions for what I needed for my home. I would highly recommend them.
Had a pos system compressed went out an was leaking all the time got a Lennox system after a wholesome visit to costco had Derrek as my sales person back in apr and wow it was an experience if I ever need anything else I saved his number an will deffinrlty be inquiring about another system for my parents house thanks again Derrek for keeping us as cool as you
These guys are great came out and accomodated for my needs on a couple rental properties that were long overdue some new work needed. Derrek Padilla was quite the helpful and hard worker to understand my needs and get me what I needed. Highly recommended.
I had a new refrigerated air system installed last year and MCS did a great job! They came out 6 months later for a tune up and so far everything is working perfectly! They were professional and on time! The Heat this week has made me so glad I went with them for my install and service!
Great customer service from their ladies that answer phones very helpful and dispatcher was kind to get someone out to my home in a quick and timely matter ,the tech found the problem with my unit and got it up and running , thank you.
Had a leak that nobody could seem to find, had 2 schedules that were no shows, finally got the tech named Chad, fixed everything, couldn't be happier.
The service that I received from MCS was awesome!! From the ladies who answer the phones in the office, to the sales people who provide the quote (Randy) to the technicians who do the work, they did a great job! They are professional, arrive on time, clean up after themselves, and are very knowledgeable about swamp coolers and refrigerated air. I would recommend MCS to anyone seeking HVAC service.
We had our swamp cooler switched out in the middle of June when it was 100 degrees out. The guys came and were on time, left the job super clean and worked fast in the heat. They explained the swamp cooler to us and made sure to leave their names and numbers in case we needed anything else. Definitely call them for fast, clean and prompt service!!
