We really appreciate the quality of the products and the friendliness of the staff. We tried the restaurant for the first time today, and the coffee was spectacular. Thank you for your genuine commitment to service, especially since you don't even charge tips.
I’ve been a regular customer here for quite some time and have spent thousands of dollars at this store, so today’s experience was particularly disappointing. I recently purchased an expensive piece of Parmesan that, once opened, turned out to be almost half rind. This wasn’t visible at the time of purchase because of the way it had been packaged. The staff are very helpful , good service, salami was good but the bacon was too much fat hardly any meat left after cooking
