I went to Meat and Potatoes for Pittsburgh Restaurant Week and it was very good. The meatloaf was delicious!
I fly to Pittsburgh just to eat here. Food is excellent and service is always amazing. One of if not the best restaurant in the Burgh
What a wonderful establishment! From the moment we entered the through the door we were happily greeted by staff and it continued throughout our stay. I had the best whiskey sour I ever had in my life! We had mushroom flatbread for app, it was amazing. All the food was so uniquely made, you can taste the great quality of products, and the pride and love they put into it. We had our Christmas Party last night in the private room.. our service was great and the food was amazing.. looking forward to our next visit.
I HAD THE 45OZ RIBEYE. I ORDERED IT MEDIUM. IT TOOK 45 MINUTES OR SO TO COME OUT, IT WAS BURNT AND BLACK ON THE OUTSIDE, THERES NO WAY IT WAS 48OZS, I BROUGHT IT HOME AND SALVAGED BUY CUTTING OFF THE BURNT OUTSIDE, TOTALLY NOT WORTH $75.OO. WILL NOT GO BACK.

Exceptional food and service. I think my two favorites in Pittsburgh are Butcher and the Rye and Meat and potatoes. The apps menu is deep and all items are cooked / fried to perfection. Can’t say enough about the quality and choice of meats and their offerings of beer and wine that compliment the food. Be sure to try the Parmesan Brussels and the Wings for apps. Keep up the good work!
