Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable about bar and food menu. Unusual food offerings but wanted to try them all. Loved the steak tartare. Not a big place but comfortable and welcoming. What I loved was the staffs concern about how fast you needed to be done and closed if you needed to be somewhere else. Not a courtesy shown by many other places.
We did not have reservations, but the staff accommodated us. We were visiting for the weekend and it was much appreciated because we did not know the area. We happened upon a gem! We had the Wild Mushroom Risotto for an appetizer and the Flat Iron Steak meal. Excellent from first bite to last!!
Food and service are always fantastic! Love the bar staff! Blake makes the best mint julep outside of the Derby 🐎 !
My reservation was at 545 pm and I have a text confirming it. We checked in at 5 pm and went to the bar. They texted me 15 minutes later and said my table was ready. I went to the host stand and said my reservation was at 545. They said that I had to take it now or get secondary seating. I decided to just eat at the bar. Moral of the story? Don’t check in until it is time for your seating. They fool around with the reservations. Disappointing for a supposedly upscale restaurant.
Second time eating here, first for brunch. Everything was amazing!! Food, service and drinks!
I seriously am never impressed by food and only eat to stay alive lol but the food here was the absolute best food I have ever eaten out !! We had chicken wings for an appetizer that were to die for and I had the flat iron steak that melted in your mouth and by husband had the salmon. Definitely will go back ❤️
It was awesome!!! Myself and 2 of my friends randomly stumbled upon this restaurant while visiting Pittsburgh. I will definitely go back next time I visit the city!!!! The Chicken and Waffles, Omelette of the day and Fried Pork were all delicious.... And the Bloody Mary bar was amazing! Great food, great atmosphere, great drinks, and to top it all off it was the least expensive meal we had the whole time we were in Pittsburgh!!!! Can't wait to go again!
