They took x-rays and while I was getting heat therapy Dr. Brozek stuck his head in the room said, "Your back is really jacked up" and left the office. It took a week to finally get in to get any Dr. to show me my x-rays and explain what "jacked up" entailed. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They did not pressure me at all to return.
