Doctors and medical assistants here is a hit or miss. However, the new receptionists, Annia and Andrea have horrible customer service skills and an attitude problem. Communication is lacking and needs to improve drastically.
Miami friends, if you ned to be seen, but seen with compassion, courtesy, and thoroughness, please come here! Dr. Lazo was amazing!
Not good. Be ready to wait many hours with the place empty and also be ready to go to walgreens and find out that they never sent the prescription to the pharmacy. Sad. They told me they sent it but the pharmacy says otherwise i wonder what motives the pharmacy may have to create these kinds of problems. Lol. Either way never going back.
