I came in today 3.20.2020 with my son who is 13 months to check a cough he had and I was denied to be seen by a doctor. Seriously? The two receptionist refused to even call a doctor to see my son just because we came to miami from nyc on March 12. I’m speechless!!!! I thought that if you are a health care clic you will have compassion and see sick people. Mind you we have insurance so there was no even a payment issue....disgusting place! RecommendedThis afternoon I went through the facilities and everything was ok. The doctor who treated me was wonderful. But a medical assistant with tag Carlos A was rude, arrogant and I treat my little son and me very badly. My son went out a moment from the check-in room (he is 5 years old) and went out into the hall. That guy with a lot of anger told us "here they are not allowed to leave the room and open the door," as if we were prisoners. He is a savage who does not know how to deal with patients.
