Mcneely came to my home on the wrong day for treatment then said I had no choice but to vacate with my family and pets so that they could treat my home. We were given 10min to vacate after being rudely awoken. The person in charge of the crew said that he would take personal responsibility for making sure nothing was damaged since the apartment was being heat treated and he admitted that he was showing up on the wrong day. We've had miles for two months, they've been trapping but haven't caught any, the guy comes out here once every 2 weeks, rarely resets the traps, only use 2 traps, and rarely moves them. what a joke.... the quarterly service was also terrible. says they get rid of spiderwebs and hornets nests but yet the day after they came out.... spider webs and 2 hornets nest were still here. waste of money

I hired this company to take care of carpenter bees several years ago. They provided a verbal( my fault for believing them) guarantee that they would take care of the problem. They may or may not have done a drive by which did not take care of the problem but refused to follow up on their verbal guarantee, despite several requests. Very poor customer service though they are happy to continue to demand $150.00 for a service they did not provide, Highly unrecommend this business.

McNeely has went above and beyond to take care of us. Very professional and handle problems faster than any service type company I know of. They treated our home again at no charge, the guys who came and treated it apologized numerous times that we still had a problem. We will always use them for any issues we may have in the future. Charles, Zack and the Vice President have been amazing to us. You can’t go wrong with McNeely. Thank you for your prompt response, and treating us better than we could have ever hoped for.
Treated our home twice for the same problem. Paid them $2000 and still have the same issue. They only stand behind their work 30 days and after that you get to pay them again. Never again will I use them for a problem. Poor customer service on the office end of things also. Beware of using them, do yourself a favor and use someone else. All they want is your money. They could care less about the customers.
This company is amazing they were so professional and prompt in helping us with our peat problem!!! I cannot speak highly enough to the level of comfort they gave during this time in our lives!
I had several birds and nests in my dryer and bathroom vents. McNeely was so easy to work with. I submitted a request online late in the afternoon, and received a phone call first thing the next morning, and had a technician at my home the very next day. The technician, Mark, in the WS/Kernersville area was super professional and did a great job. He cleaned out all the vents and installed cages around them.
