I was satisfied with my repair. I had to have some axle work done. I asked if it would make sense to do both axles. The service man, (I'm not good with remembering names) told me that it wasn't' necessary since the other axle may last for many more years and that he would only do work that was necessary! I really appreciated that!
Beyond the call of duty...two employees worked about 15 minutes to sync my cell phone with my car. Awesome!
Great experiences at McMahon Ford. Everyone that works there is a pleasure to deal with and honest. I have dealt with different dealerships and makes and McMahon is the best. I have also leased or owned 6 other Fords, my current vehicle is the 7th and I have never had any major issues. Ford makes great vehicles and having an awesome, honest local dealership is fantastic. Pretty soon we may end up with all McMahon Fords lol.
