Stay away from this place. You have good dealerships and really rotten ones. This is a rotten one. The customer service is horrendous - their attitudes act like the customer is such an "inconvenience" to them. Typical union guys who don't have the motivation to do any work. My Focus has been having transmission problems since I moved up here - the car has 35,000 miles on it and is 5 years old but it "just falls" out of the warranty period.
