My 2012 Ford Escape, which I bought from McMahon Ford, began rusting on the rear passenger fender about 2 months after the warranty expired. McMahon Ford was not interested in my problem, and neither was the Ford Motor Co. I was told, "Too bad. The car is just going to keep rusting." Evidently, from what I read on the internet from other owners of Escapes, this is a common problem with the Escape which Ford refuses to address. I am dissatisfied with the vehicle, and the attitude of the service personnel at McMahon!
Always great service at McMahon Ford. They always help find the most efficient way to deal with a repair.
Recently bought my first ford from McMahon. I can not sing their praises enough. Between the easy sales experience, never feeling pressured to buy, the knowledgeable sales staff, the bend over backwards for you service team, I don't think I will ever go anywhere else! Thank you guys, I love my escape!
