I moved into my MCM apartment in October of 2010, and since my move I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. Both Melissa and Jesse at MCM have been extraordinarily kind and helpful with my recent move! They have been completely available and receptive to me; they really seem to care about making my apartment experience in LA a good one! My apartment is absolutely gorgeous and anything that needed cleaning/fixing/changing was done with speed and efficiency. Thank you so much, MCM! I would be quick to tell any of my friends to move into an MCM building.
MCM Management is wonderful! As a new resident to the Los Angeles area, they made finding and placing me in my beautiful home a breeze! The staff is very helpful and eager to assist in any questions i've had. Now, living in my new home... I'm in love and plan to stay for a long time! MCM Property Management is a slumlord – Before considering any property offered as a rental by MCM Property Management check with Rent Board either in West Hollywood or Los Angeles city/county to see what complaints have been filed against that property. MCM is well know for filing numerous Lawsuits against their tenants and vice a versa. I'm a new tenant in one of MCM's buildings on Olympic. From the beginning I have pretty much only dealt with Melissa the property supervisor. Let me be one of the first to say that she is AMAZING at what she does. She made my move in a great experience and she made sure my unit was in outstanding move in condition. Minor issues with the unit were dealt with quickly and with a positive attitude. I hope that anyone who considers renting from MCM deals with Melissa as she is such an asset to the company. Loving my apartment.
OMG ! Melissa is a joke and not at all nice to deal with – I just moved out of a property that Melissa lives at and manages it was the Worst experience ever! You call here you get her voicemail and she never calls back. I had so many problems that needed fixing and most of them never got repaired. She's ready to collect the rent each month and never misses any meals!! I HATE PROPERTY MANGAEMENT THEY ARE THE WORST CO. IN L.A. – After reading some of those review of those that have liked doing business with MCM, they must have been out of there minds!! My family was was not all treated fair. MCM is great – I have had nothing but a good experience with MCM. Melissa and Jesse are the best. They are so friendly and worked so hard to get my new apartment looking awesome before I moved in. I have no complaints and am loving my new place.
Never had any issues – I'm not really sure why some of the other reviews say what they say (negative). My wife and I have never had any issues with MCM. They have always fixed any issues we've had. I have found that any issues that I did have, were not a result of any poor management skills. The issues I sometimes had were from the hired help (excluding the handyman who is the nicest guy). As far as the management team goes, they rock! I hope this helps anyone out there. ;)
