Please whomever reads these reviews that most of all the good reviews or those who would recommend the dastardly management co. are written by staff workers and not real tenants. This is what was said to me from a trusted staff employee. I would urge anyone contemplating using their services in any manner to go elsewhere. Dishonesty , avoiding , crooked illegal practices are just a few of their day to day tactics. They have been sued 100 s if not a 1000 x and are always in litigation weekly . Life does get better. MCM was finally FIRED for negligence with our owners. They neglected to collect rent from a tenant for a year. Let in NIGHTMARE tenants that they later had to evict. This company is nothing but a slow motion train wreak. NONE of those "glowing" reviews on here are real. They're either paid reviews or just MCM posting them because NO ONE would say nice things about MCM after they have met them.
