The company I work for does our Christmas party there every year. We all have rooms there as well as the ballroom Etc. I checked online and the website says they are pet friendly, so I brought my pet. After checking in my wife showed up with our family dog and asked if there was a side entrance to bring him in and was told it would be an additional $75 and pets really allowed on the second floor and I room is on the fourth. Great rooms and the staff is very friendly
The room wasn’t ready by 3:30. Elizabeth @ front desk was so unhelpful during check in process. She even sent us up to a dirty room. When you have driven 5 hrs to get to your hotel, you don’t want all that BS. She could have moved us to a different room or floor. I asked for an upgrade, she didn’t even look. This is the last time staying here!
This place got me in last-minute when my flight at Love Field was canceled. The Holiday Inn and La Quinta nearby were completely booked. I was really glad to not have to spend the night at the airport.
The bar and grill was exceptional. The food and service was outstanding!

Have had several Events there. My Mother 108 Birthday. Melissa was very helpful because of her My Grand daughter Wedding, Baby Showers, Class Reunion,and have recommended it to others that has used this Hotel for Events. Truly miss Melissa for being there. Event tomorrow Pastor and Wife Church Anniversary.
