Had a GREAT night sleep in a comfy bed. The bartenders were extremely busy but managed to courteously cater to my needs plus the room full of others. (The drinks were delicious!) Upgrade to the VIP-like floor cost almost nothing, and it came with its own breakfast buffet AND happy hour bar, only accessible to guest staying on that floor. I was bummed because MOST other hotels in Dallas were booked and I'd never heard of this place, but I think I totally lucked out in finding it and will definitely stay here again.
We loved staying here staff were the greatest, friendly and have great proud for working there. Reasonable prices and best breakfast buffet. Can't wait to stay again.
Awesome stay so far! Given the option to upgrade to concierge for almost nothing. Everyone is super friendly! Nice rooms and beautiful decor. Will definitely come back!
Very clean, in the middle of the places I need to go will stay again next time I'm in Dallas.
The rooms are excellent the food is great. I had a western omelette this morning and it was just wonderful....
This Hotel sucks! If you like OLD run down rooms then by all means stay here. Other than that go & spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else.
Awesome bar woth awesome food. Awesome bedrooms and perfect cable. Best complimentary breakfast ever in a restaurant. Bacon was on point.
Very comfy beds, nice room, friendly and helpful staff and an amazing hot breakfast!
