We used the PAX customs clearance service for a private flight. It was a bit last-minute and there was some confusion on our end, as we were scattered across the globe without a reliable signal. Duncan responded and acted quickly, and everything went smoothly at the airport. Thanks again—we will definitely use the service next time.

These guys are incredible. My initial call was just for a rough price to get a 20ft container into Fremantle as I've never imported before but Duncan ran through each and every cost that I should expect when other companies wanted to create a full quote which is time consuming. I ended up going ahead with the import and the invoice from McLintock was exactly what he said. Angelica was also an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much guys.

Got ripped off. Duncan told me one thing over the phone then almost doubled it come invoice time. I was green to the whole importing thing and got shafted. After talking to many people I believe I over paid. Be careful with these guys and I’ll be making sure I tell the world. Horrible experience.

Had a 40' container delivered onto a busy street in Northbridge, Duncan, the McLintock team, and the driver were all fantastic. Very much appreciate their work getting a key part of our business delivered!
