Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned.
