I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this podiatrist friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular.
