Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this podiatrist's office? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Somewhat, they could've used more help Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Don't put off foot surgery because you think the operation is painful with a long recovery. Not so! Dr. McKibben is a fine surgeon and my experience is my surgery was easy and no pain afterwards. I would recommend this fine doctor very highly.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
