McKenzie and the staff are amazing. She explained everything to me before the test and sat with me to talk about everything the test results showed. Very thorough! Very kind and professional! They treated me VERY well
These people just draw your blood then send it to a lab. This lady isn't even the one who draws your blood. She just explains how DNA testing works no better than a Wikipedia page. Anyway, after the lab quickly sends the results back directly to them, everyone holds your results hostage until you pay them more money so they can explain the "complicated" results.
