The staff was all very courteous and friendly, they made me feel like my well-being was their top priority. They got me to a room very quickly and got my pain under control quicky. The nurse, Dana, explained everything to me very well, and answered all my questions. The doctor , Dr. Hirschi, was very caring and made me feel like he was truly looking out for what was best for me. This is probably one of the nicest and friendliest hospital we as a family have used since they are in our network for insurance. Our daughter was born there. Labor and delivery staff were amazing. Post partum not as much. Last night went into the ER from having some chest pain. They were quick to get me in.
The best like always everyone is awesome. No complaints. Good bless everyone who works or is currently at Mckay-dee hospital.
My nurse Ronnie was great but the doctor could not have been more cynical and rude. I was sent here from the Instacare because of my multiple allergies to antibiotics. The doctor came in and pretty much called me a liar and said "there is no possible way you're allergic to all these things. We can give you one of these antibiotics and just take a benadryl with it." I'm a New Yorker so I can be pretty brash but any doctor that says things like this shouldn't be a doctor. I'm not asking for pain meds, I'm asking for something ... read more
Not a place you want to be at but everyone was so friendly and kind. They took great care of us. Thanks
All the nurses and my doctor were so nice and caring. They made sure I was comfortable and asked many times if I had any concerns or questions about my surgery. My only complaint is that they were running behind and I had to wait over 2 hours for my surgery to start. But once it was time they were quick and efficient and everything went great. I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone.
i went to the er... they were super busy which is completely fine... what wasn't fine was that i was treated with so much disrespect, they talked down to me and did not take my issue seriously. they acted like i was bothering them, i get it you are busy and it was hectic but that is not an excuse at all. absolutely NOTHING was done for me and i spent a total of maybe 5 minutes in the patient room before they rushed me out.. they even gave me someone else's discharge paperwork.. i called to let the hospital know and they simp... read more
