Great experience awesome staff nice clean hospital
Mixed review. ER kept my sister waiting for SEVEN AND A HALF HOURS to be admitted for a serious, septic infection from an IUD. They said they lost her orders. However, her care since then has been wonderful. Constant watch, comfortable room, everyone really on the ball. Lesson learned, only go to the main hospital?
We had a great experience. Mom had a cancer removed from her nose and then needed some plastic surgery on her nose. Both the surgeon and the plastic surgeon and their respective staff were fantastic. They were all very informative, very supportive, and had great bedside manners. Mom was a little scared but she left with a smile on her face and the doctor telling her she was the youngest 78 year old he knew! Thank you McKay Dee for all you do to help people!
Your billing department has gone WAY down. Over 30 minute wait times just to find out what I am being billed for? I have been trying for over TWO WEEKS to catch a live person. Absolutely ridiculous!

We usually aren't treated very well at this hospital. But last night we had to rush my husband in to the ER because his chest was hurting. We sat in the waiting room for about 1 minute the they took him to check all his vitals and his heart rate was at 245! As soon as they saw that they pushed the nurse button and rushed him back! The room was full of doctors ans nurses. They were so fast at getting his heart down, everyone was sooo nice! The doctor was making jokes, and being really friendly. They have a very caring, And helpful. I don't know if I can say that I loved It there, But they were prompt and caring. They were the Best !!!
If there's a Nurse you can ever count on, it's Dana in the ER at McKay dee. I seriously have never felt Sooooo welcomed or loved or cared for with Byron! She actually took the time to sit and talk and ask how Byron was doing, listened to every detail, and helped Byron 100%. Lovvvvve the ER staff. � They and she are on top of it. thank youuuu! It's good to be home so quick.
