Just got my bill from the emergency room. I got there with pain at 10, the five hours there I was a 10, I left at a 10. They did nothing for me and now after insurance I owe $3,000? For absolutely nothing? Next time I'll make sure to never go back to McKay. I hate everything about the American Medical Business/Industry. It's absolute insanity that you can go to the ER and basically get no assistance and get a bill for $3,000.00. With the past week 0 stars is more appropriate.Not doing a great job lately. First you remove all sodas with sugar from your building all fountains and vending so as a diabetic my ability to treat low blood sugar is security hampered. Then your staff all but refused to help me when my dialysis port starts kissing on the fifth floor i had blood running down my arm doing on the floor and your staff says they can't help but did give me some gauze to hobble down to the Dr.b them tonight as I wait in the waiting area another of y... read more
Overall the er visit was good but it takes 1 person to ruin the entire experience your there for a reason you or in my case my child was very sick & in pain but her er nurse Trina which we hardly seen was so rude if I have had to go in again and her I would request a new nurse, the Dr. Hirschi was amazing I have had him in the past and seeing him I knew my girl was in good hands
Took very good care of my daughter and grand-daughter. Have no concept of what extended family means.
Friendly, compassionate, Amazing staff all around!
