Staff was friendly and attentive. Once we checked in and were waiting to be called I observed that the receptionist were busily doing things and the doctors were attentive to the needs of their patients.
Always a great experience except for the er dr I had yesterday was one of the only ones I havnt liked less than ok bedside manner

My daughter was taken by ambulance to this hospital. I told the hospital they were out of network for us, but they assured me we could apply to our insurance to have it covered as "in-network". What they failed to disclose is that they would not accept the contractual amount offered by my insurance company. The hospital billed me for the difference and refuses to except anything less even when I appealed it. They have been most deceitful. I will never use this hospital again.
