We were VERY pleased with Bill and his team! From dealing with Danny on estimates to Bill and his employee coming to install . Everyone I encountered was super helpful and professional. They had the best price around and did a great job with the install of our new hvac system just in time for the cold weather . Bill took the time to go over everything with us ,get rebate info, register our new unit etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone and def plan to use McIntire HVAC on any upcoming projects. Thanks guys!!

After 30 years in code enforcement and seeing the bad side of builders- electrical -HVAC contractors I would highly recommend McIntire HVAC . They did great job on my new heat pump-A/C installation. Very professional installers-techs.....!!!Thanks again!!

I had some electrical work done on my balcony and my central air conditioner serviced. The tech who did my electrical work was pleasant and completed the work in a timely manner. He was able to get everything to work properly. Travis then serviced my air conditioning unit. He took his time and was here for a while checking everything. He listened to my concerns and questions and it turns out he was able to determine that my air conditioner was actually overcharged with freon. I highly recommend McIntire HVAC & Electric. I got my appointment scheduled very quickly and Travis was prompt. Travis was very professional and thoroughly explained what our problem was as well as what was needed/recommended to fix them problem. I will definitely call McIntire HVAC & Electric if I need assistance again in the future or highly recommend them to anyone I know who needs service in their line of work.

Zach and Travis from McIntire HVAC came to my home today to do a check-up on my Payne heat pump that McIntire had installed a few years ago. They are based out of Hagerstown but I live in Montgomery County and they provide service calls in this area as well. They were on time (actually early!) and complete professionals. Everything checked out 'clean' on the heat pump unit (inside and outside). I've been very happy since the unit was installed with absolutely no problems. These guys are the best!

We had the best experience! Your unit only breaks at the beginning of the hottest heat wave of the season, right? We had another company come and immediately said the unit couldn't be fixed, but we could buy a new one for over $7k. Called McIntire to get a second opinion, and they gave a quote to fix the current unit (which was our preferred option).
